Organic and Biodynamic AOC Bandol wines. Wines of character from an exceptional terroir that go well with Mediterranean cuisine or world cuisine
White wines: dry, lively, mineral and aromatic, gastronomic rosés: fruity, long in the mouth, red wines for keeping the pride of the winemaker: spicy notes, aromas of black fruits, aged for 18 months in oak barrels, made with old vines, a minimum aging potential of 10 years thanks to the king grape variety of the Mourvèdre appellation.

80% Clairette, 10% Ugni, 10% Rolle
To be enjoyed fresh but never frozen, as an aperitif, with sea urchins, shellfish, grilled fish, goat cheese …

Rosé cuvée LA LYRE :
40% Mourvèdre, 60% Cinsault.
Friendly wine, to be tasted chilled.
As an aperitif, goes with grilled meats, cold meats, Red fruit and floral aromas.
Red cuvée LA LYRE :
80% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache.
Wine of pleasure.
Goes well with meats, cold cuts, Italian cuisine.
Black fruit aroma.
As flattering on the nose as it is on the palate.
Red cuvée LES BARTAVELLES :
95% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache.
Pairs with game meat, mushrooms, cheeses, dark chocolate.

AOC Bandol Bio and Biodynamic wines, located on the west side of the setting sun facing the sea; clay-limestone soils.
65-year-old vines, manual harvesting, animal traction plowing. All our wines are vinified at the estate.

High-end rosé, 60% Mourvèdre 40% Cinsault
Ideal gastronomic wine for Mediterranean or world cuisine.
Goes well with fish, scallops, shellfish, red mullet, tagines, spicy, Asian cuisine, sushi.

Red Ruby :
French wine without sulphites 20% Mourvèdre 40% Syrah 40% Carignan.
An early wine without aging, its vinification is carbonic so as to express as much fruit as possible and with light tannins it is a thirst-quenching wine.
It can be eaten as an aperitif, on a cold meats or cheese board.
